Lost Phone Sign at a Bar

So I was at one of my usual hangouts the other night...An Irish Pub by my house...Saw this funny sign outside...Im wondering if any drunk asses prank called this number...I wish they would have left a name on the sign...If it was a chick she probably would have gotten several calls...
